Usually three to seven working days once your documents are complete. We recommend starting at least four weeks before you intend to travel, since hotel and flight prices rise sharply as dates approach.

Yes. The hotels listed are what the quoted price is built on, but we book from more than fifty across both cities. Tell us what matters, whether that is closer, quieter or cheaper, and we will price the alternative.

Payment is taken once your package is confirmed. You will have the full price in writing, itemised, before that point. What is on the list of exclusions is the whole list.

Not at present. We focus entirely on Umrah rather than take a booking we cannot serve properly. We are still happy to answer Hajj questions about the government scheme, the ballot, what private packages cost and how far ahead to plan.
