How it works

Four steps, no surprises

Booking a pilgrimage should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens after you get in touch.

  1. 1

    Tell us who is travelling

Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry. Tell us how many people, roughly when, and your budget.

  2. 2

    We send you options

Two or three packages that fit, with hotel names, real distances to the Haram, and a full price breakdown in writing.

  3. 3

    Documents and visa

We handle the visa application, vaccination requirements and booking confirmations. You send passports, we do the rest.

  4. 4

    Travel with support

An Urdu-speaking group leader travels with you, and our office stays reachable throughout your journey.

Where you will stay

Hotels we know, in both cities

We book a short, deliberate list rather than whatever is cheapest that week. Ask about any of them and we will tell you honestly what the stay is actually like.

See all hotels
  • Makkah · Abraj Al Bait complex

Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Hajar Tower

Inside the Abraj Al Bait complex facing the King Abdul Aziz Gate, so the walk to the Haram is short and entirely covered. Most rooms look out over the Masjid al-Haram, and the tower's own shops and restaurants mean you rarely need to go far.

  • Makkah · Kudai Road

    Le Méridien Towers Makkah

In the Kudai area, connected to the Haram by the King Abdul Aziz Gate tunnel. Guests use the hotel's own shuttle rather than walking, and it runs often enough that the wait is rarely more than a few minutes even late at night. Comfortable rooms at a better rate than the central-area towers.

  • Madina · Central Area

    Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick

Directly on the Masjid an-Nabawi piazza, beside the Bab al-Salam entrance. The closest of anything we book in Madina, and the easiest choice for elderly travellers who want to return between every prayer.

  • Madina · Central Area

    Al Ansar Golden Tulip

A short walk from the southern gates of the Prophet's Mosque, and one of the better-value central-area options. Straightforward rooms, but the location does the work.

From our pilgrims

What travellers tell us afterwards

  • We travelled with our parents and everything was arranged exactly as promised. The hotel in Madina was right beside the Haram, which mattered a lot for my mother.

    Muhammad Asif

    Lahore · Premium Umrah

  • This was my first Umrah and I had many questions. They answered every message on WhatsApp, even late at night, and the group leader guided us through each step.

    Fatima Siddiqui

    Karachi · Economy Umrah

  • The visa and documentation were handled without me having to chase anyone. Transport in Makkah was on time throughout. Alhamdulillah, a smooth journey.

Thinking about Hajj?

We do not sell Hajj packages — but we will happily advise you

Right now we focus entirely on Umrah, and we would rather say so than take a booking we cannot serve properly.

That does not mean we leave you without help. If you are planning Hajj, ask us about the government scheme and ballot, what private packages actually cost, how far ahead to plan, and what to look for in an operator. We will give you a straight answer even though it earns us nothing.

Ask a Hajj question

No charge, no obligation, and no one will chase you afterwards.
